- 1¼ cup egg white
- 1 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 1¼ cup of flour
- 1¾ cup white sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- Beat egg whites until form stiff peaks
- In a separate bowl add cream of tarter, vanilla extract, and almond extract
- Sift together white sugar, flour, and salt
- Gradually combine egg mixture with dry ingredients
- , Pour into cupcake liners
- Bake at 225 degrees F, for 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and pulls out clean.
